About Me

I'm a software engineer currently between jobs with a ton of experience working on lots of different types of projects. I most recently worked at The Walt Disney Company on the Streaming Data Platform team building an awesome schema registry for records in data streams. Before that, I worked at a little startup on blockchain infrastructure. And before that, I was a full-stack software engineer building construction management applications.

I'm always experimenting with new tools and ways of doing things. Most recently my expertise has been in Scala, but I haven't let that stop me from deep diving into the complexities of the web development stack.

When I'm not programming, I'm usually hanging out at the Austin Pinball Collective, watching Formula One, or seeing the newest films with my wife Kenzi.
